Wind down tonight. See how you slept tomorrow.

Tonight is a bedtime timer and sleep log in one. It reminds you when to start winding down, records when you fall asleep and wake up, and turns your nights into simple trends.

  1. Step 1: Set your bedtime

Choose when you want lights out and when you wake up. Use "Edit times" below the clock.

  2. Step 2: Wind down, then sleep

Tap Start wind-down, follow the short checklist, and tap "I'm going to sleep" when the lights go out.

  3. Step 3: Check in when you wake

Tap "I'm awake" and answer two quick questions. Your night then appears in the results below.

Private by design: your log is saved only in this browser. No account needed.

    About these numbers

Total sleep is your time in bed minus the time it took to fall asleep and any time awake in the night. Sleep efficiency is the share of your time in bed spent asleep; 85% or more is generally considered good. Bedtime consistency is how far your lights-out drifts from your usual time across the last week. Under half an hour is steady.

Sleep stages are an estimate. Without a wearable we can't measure them, so we map your night onto the typical pattern: deep sleep early, REM growing toward morning. Your log never leaves this browser.
