Why this site exists
Most sleep calculators give you a number and nothing else. We wanted tools that show their working: why a bedtime lands where it does, why your blood pressure and your sleep belong in the same conversation, and exactly when to seek or avoid daylight after a long flight. Everything is free, there's no sign-up, and the calculators run entirely in your browser.
The tools
- Sleep calculator: bedtimes and alarm times that land between 90-minute sleep cycles.
- Blood pressure and sleep calculator: your ACC/AHA blood pressure category, how your sleep compares with the recommendation for your age, and the STOP-BANG sleep apnea screen.
- Jet lag calculator: a day-by-day plan for sleep and light, including flights with layovers.
- Tonight: a wind-down timer and a private sleep log that stays on your device.
How we write and check content
Our calculators and articles are based on published guidance and peer-reviewed research, including recommendations from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the National Sleep Foundation and the 2017 ACC/AHA blood pressure guideline. Each article lists its sources. We write in plain language, avoid hype, and say clearly when something is an estimate.

How the site is funded
